What Can I Expect in The Cave?

The Cave Guide will welcome you, remind you to turn off your phone and remove distractions. Then, you’ll check in with a small group about what you’re working on.. Once everyone is settled, the group will gather to share goals and state what they’re working on.

The Cave alternates between deep work “sprints” and energizing breaks to help keep your energy and focus at its peak. Because of the nature of deep work and distractions, we don't allow late arrivals. Sorry.

Can I leave a Cave early?

Yup! Just sent the Cave Guide a private message and claim a small win.

Can I arrive late?

Unfortunately not. The Cave “Closes” 10 minutes after start time. Over the last few years, we’ve found there’s something really valuable about starting together.

Is This For Me?

Yes! It's for any human who wants to get stuff done! It doesn’t have to be creative or even business-related. Polish a trophy all day for all we care, as long as it feels productive to you!

What Can I Work On?

Really, anything. We've had people write their book, plan their wedding, rebrand their business, edit films, script a performance, update their website, write thank you notes, and even paint.  Anything that can fit on a desk area and won’t disturb other people.

How Does it work on Zoom?

We log onto Zoom video chat and keep our cameras on while we work. You’ll hide your own phone, everyone gets muted, and the cave guide will let you know when the sprint is over. It’s just as productive, and it allows people to do different kinds of work in The Cave (phone calls, making music, etc.)

Do I Have to Be A Member?

Nope! It’s just more cost-effective. You can always pay the drop-in rate. for Three Sprint-ers

Can I Cancel My Membership?

Of course. No hard feelings. Just go into your account dashboard, choose account settings and click cancel. You will be able to have access to The Cave until the end of the billing cycle.

Refund Policy?

  • Drop-ins may be cancelled for full refund by 4pm the day before.

  • Packs are non-refundable after first use. They also don’t expire.

  • Memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase/renewal, just email hi[at]caveday.org
