Caveday membership

The Cave Guide will welcome you, remind you to turn off your phone and remove distractions. Then, you’ll check in with a small group about what you’re working on.. Once everyone is settled, the group will gather to share goals and state what they’re working on.

The Cave alternates between deep work “sprints” and energizing breaks to help keep your energy and focus at its peak. Because of the nature of deep work and distractions, we don't allow late arrivals. Sorry.

We log onto Zoom video chat and keep our cameras on while we work. You’ll hide your own phone, everyone gets muted, and the cave guide will let you know when the sprint is over. It’s just as productive, and more, excitedly, it allows people to do different kinds of work in the cave (phone calls, making music, etc.)

Yes! It's for any human who wants to get stuff done! It doesn’t have to be creative or even business-related. Polish a trophy all day for all we care, as long as it feels productive to you!

Really, anything. We've had people write their book, plan their wedding, rebrand their business, edit films, script a performance, update their website, write thank you notes, and even paint. Anything that can fit on a desk area and won’t disturb other people.

Unfortunately not. The Cave “closes” 10 minutes after start time. Over the last few years, we’ve found there’s something really valuable about starting together and having that time deadline.

Nope! It’s just more cost-effective. You can always pay the drop-in rate.

Drop-ins may be canceled for a full refund by 4pm the day before. Memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase/renewal, just email hi[at]caveday.org. Cancel at any time by going to your account settings.
