SeekING part-time FACILITATORS

At Caveday, we create space for passionate people to shut out the world and learn to work more efficiently. Our company runs regular events in NYC, LA, and online. As we grow, we’re looking for facilitators who can help us lead our in-person & online events for small groups of people in order for that deep work to happen.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Event facilitation: Hosting groups of 4-20 people in 3.5-4 hour sessions of deep work. Includes leading breaks to re-energize participants (e.g. stretching, breathing, facilitating conversation, etc)

  • Technology: high speed internet, computer (if running online event)

  • Event prep: quiet space where you’ll be uninterrupted for the duration of the event, light venue setup / strike

  • Communications: Communicating event details with participants

    NOTE: You will not be required to come up with your own content, all content and scripts will be provided

Skills

  • Group facilitation experience

  • Public speaking

  • Excellent time management

  • Understanding & awareness of new trends in productivity and personal development

  • Willingness to continue learning about the future of work

  • Self-motivated and able to push forward initiatives Compensation

  • Starting at $20 / hour

  • Free access to all our events and workshops

  • Mentorship and leadership feedback (If desired) Commitment

  • Half Caveday work sessions last up to 4 hours

  • ~15 hours per month on weekdays + weekends depending on how many work sessions you’re able to lead

  • Flexibility in schedule is important
