Caveday membership

After you reserve your first Cave, you'll be emailed a zoom link. Just click the zoom link when your Cave starts, and voilà - you've entered your first Cave!

Note that each Cave Guide has a slightly different approach and flavor, not unlike different yoga teachers at the same studio! Regardless of who is facilitating your first Cave, your Cave Guide will welcome you, remind you to turn off your phone and remove distractions. Then, you’ll check in with a small group to share as much (or as little!) as you like about what your focus and intention will be for this specific Cave. After that, the larger group will gather to share goals and state what they’re working on.

The Cave then alternates between deep work “sprints” and energizing breaks to help keep your energy and focus at its peak.

At the end of The Cave, you'll be invited to share your wins & accomplishments!

Literally anything - and no, it doesn't have to be something that requires a computer! People do everything from house chores to painting to freelance work to planning their wedding to chipping away at their memoir. Note that during the Cave, we encourage people to keep their camera on, but everyone is muted. That means you can work on things that make noise, whether it's a phone call or a DJ session.

Nope! You can Cave whenever it works for you. Some people like to have regular Caves scheduled in their calendars each week to help create structure and block time - but you can always hop in to a Cave as needed!

Each Cave closes 10 minutes after its start time, so after the 10-minute mark, no latecomers will be permitted entry.

You can leave early - just send your Cave Guide a private message and share a small win.
