Cavedwellers do the most challenging task early in The Cave while we still have our best focus and energy, .


We often fall into the trap of building momentum with easy tasks, but suddenly, it’s 3pm and you don’t have the mental capacity to do your hard work.


Monotask

Multitasking promotes limited attention spans. That’s why Cavedwellers Monotask in The Cave.

Multitasking is the only thing that the more we do it, the worse we get Splitting our attention across different tasks is not only counter-productive but also reduces our cognitive abilities.


Do Not Disturb Mode

Starting with our phones, Cavedwellers leave all distractions out of The Cave.

Close tabs, quit programs, mute notifications, hide that phone.
