Adding the App
- Log in to your Zoom account at zoom.us
- Navigate to the Click on this direct install link
- Click the "Add" button
- Review and accept the requested permissions
- Complete the OAuth authentication process

Getting Started
- Start or join a Zoom meeting
- Click the Caveday Task List icon in your Zoom Apps panel
- Enter your name when prompted
- Begin adding tasks to your list
Features
- Add up to 5 tasks to your list
- Set timers for focused work sessions
- Mark tasks as complete
- See recently completed tasks from other participants
- React to completed tasks with celebrations and hearts
- View community announcements
Removing the App
- Log in to your Zoom account
- Navigate to Zoom App Marketplace
- Click "Manage" β "Added Apps"
- Find "Caveday Task List" and click "Remove"
Important: After removal, your task data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can reinstall the app within this period to restore your data.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- App not appearing in Zoom: Ensure you've completed the installation process and granted all necessary permissions
- Cannot add tasks: Verify you've entered your name and have an active internet connection
- Timer not working: Check if you have any browser extensions blocking notifications
